Minimum Connect Frequency tells Lebra how often you want follow-up reminders for people at different tiers of your organization. This ensures consistent communication and oversight.
How to set it
Go to Settings → Organization.
Under Minimum Connect Frequency, assign a time interval for each employee tier.
Lebra will begin notifying you based on these intervals.
