Minimum Connect Frequency tells Lebra how often you want follow-up reminders for people at different levels of your organization. This ensures consistent communication and oversight.
How to set it
Go to Settings → Organization.
Under Minimum Connect Frequency, assign a minimum time interval for each reporting relationship: Direct reports, Skip level reports, and Skip-skip level reports.
Lebra will begin notifying you based on these intervals.
Note: Changing a value prompts a confirmation warning, because it updates all affected connection goals and can't be undone.
