Follow-ups help you stay consistent in your leadership by ensuring future check-ins happen on time. You can access these through the quick-add menu or by using their employee page
Option 1: Through the quick-add menu
Select the "+" icon in the top right section of Lebra
Select Add Follow Up
Search and select the employee you wish to create a follow-up for
Write a reminder for this follow-up
Select the Date you wish to follow up with the employee
Select the Add follow up button
Option 2: Through their employee page
Navigate to their employee page
Click the clock icon next to Add Note.
Select a follow-up date.
Add a reminder description
Click Add Follow Up.
