Creating an Employee Follow-Up

How to schedule future reminders to reconnect with employees.

Follow-ups help you stay consistent in your leadership by ensuring future check-ins happen on time. You can access these through the quick-add menu or by using their employee page

Option 1: Through the quick-add menu

  1. Select the "+" icon in the top right section of Lebra

  2. Select Add Follow Up

  3. Search and select the employee you wish to create a follow-up for

  4. Write a reminder for this follow-up

  5. Select the Date you wish to follow up with the employee

  6. Select the Add follow up button

Option 2: Through their employee page

  1. Navigate to their employee page

  2. Click the clock icon next to Add Note.

  3. Select a follow-up date.

  4. Add a reminder description

  5. Click Add Follow Up.
