Adding Notes, Recognitions, Follow-Ups, or Groups on Mobile

Learn how to quickly add notes, recognitions, follow-ups, and groups from the mobile app.

The mobile app makes it easy to log key interactions as they happen. Using the quick-add menu, you can record notes, schedule follow-ups, submit recognitions, or create groups directly from your phone.

Accessing the Quick-Add Menu

  1. Open the Lebra mobile app.

  2. Tap the blue "+" button at the bottom center of the screen.

  3. Choose from:

    • Add note

    • Add follow-up

    • Add recognition

    • Add group

Adding a Note (Example Workflow)

For this example, we are using the Add note feature, but the workflow is quite similar to the others.

  1. Select Add note.

  2. Tap Add Person and search for the employee the note is about.

  3. Select the employee's name.

  4. Type your note in the Start typing field.

  5. (Optional) Check Mark important to share the note with leadership and pin it on the employee's page.

  6. Tap Add note to save it to their profile.

Note: While you can add groups from the mobile app, we recommend doing so on desktop for a more complete workflow experience.
