Using the Lebra Assistant Prompt Library

Learn how to create, save, organize, and share reusable prompts for Lebra Assistant.

The Assistant Prompt Library lets you save prompts you frequently use when drafting messages, documents, or leadership communication. You can create personal prompts for your workflow or share them with your leadership team to keep communication consistent across your organization.

Viewing Saved Prompts

  1. Navigate to the Assistant tab in Lebra.

  2. Click the Prompt Library icon next to the New Chat button to open the Prompt library modal.

  3. Use the two tabs at the top to switch between:

    • My Prompts (only visible to you)

    • Organization (shared with all leaders in your organization)

  4. Select any prompt from the list to instantly load it into a new chat.

  5. Add context or adjust the prompt as needed.

  6. Press Enter to generate your output.

Creating a New Prompt

  1. Open the Prompt library.

  2. Click Add new prompt.

  3. Complete the dialog:

    • Prompt Type - choose Personal prompt or Org prompt.

    • Prompt Title - a title for easy organization and searchability.

    • The prompt body you want to reuse.

  4. The Personal prompt vs Org prompt choice is available to admins; non-admins can create personal prompts only.

  5. Select Add prompt to save it to your library.
