Using the Lebra Assistant Prompt Library

Learn how to create, save, organize, and share reusable prompts for Lebra Assistant.

The Assistant Prompt Library lets you save prompts you frequently use when drafting messages, documents, or leadership communication. You can create personal prompts for your workflow or share them with your leadership team to keep communication consistent across your organization.

Viewing Saved Prompts

  1. Navigate to the Assistant tab in Lebra.

  2. Click the Prompt Library icon next to the New Chat button.

  3. Use the toggle at the top to switch between:

    • Personal Prompts (only visible to you)

    • Org Prompts (shared with all leaders in your organization)

  4. Select any prompt from the list to instantly load it into a new chat.

  5. Add context or adjust the prompt as needed.

  6. Press Enter to generate your output.

Creating a New Prompt

  1. Open the Prompt Library.

  2. Click Add New Prompt.

  3. Enter:

    • A Title (for easy organization and searchability

    • The Prompt Text you want to reuse

  4. Choose whether to save it as a:

    • Personal Prompt (private)

    • Org Prompt (shared with leadership)

  5. Select Add Prompt to save it to your library
