Setting Connection Goals

Learn how to set and adjust how often you want Lebra to remind you to connect with employees.

Connection goals define how frequently you want to check in with different employees or groups. Lebra uses these settings to notify you when a connection is due or overdue.

Steps

  1. In the left-hand menu, select Connect.

  2. Open the Connect Frequency tab at the top of the page.

  3. View the different connection intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly).

  4. Drag and drop employees into the interval that fits your desired connection cadence.

  5. To add someone to a frequency category, click the "+" next to the interval and select their name.

  6. Watch for red flags beside employee names; these indicate overdue connections you've missed.
