Connection goals define how frequently you want to check in with different employees or groups. Lebra uses these settings to notify you when a connection is due or overdue.
Steps
In the left-hand menu, select Connect.
Under Connect in the left sidebar, select the Connect Frequency sub-item to open the Connect frequency page.
View the different connection intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Drag and drop employees into the interval that fits your desired connection cadence.
To add someone to a frequency category, click the "+" next to the interval and select their name.
Watch for red flags beside employee names; these indicate overdue connections you've missed.
