Recognizing an Employee

How to submit employee recognitions and alert your leadership team.

The Recognition page lets you highlight employees going above and beyond. These recognitions help leaders stay aware of exceptional work happening across the organization.

Steps

  1. Select the Recognition tab from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Give recognition in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the employee you want to recognize.

  4. Add a short description of what they did or why you're recognizing them.

  5. Select Add Recognition to share it with leadership and store it in the employee's profile.
