Lebra builds an org chart based on the positional data stored in each employee's profile. This tool lets you quickly understand team structures, reporting lines, and areas needing attention.
Steps
Open the Organization tab from the left-hand sidebar. Access to Organization may depend on it being enabled for your account.
Select the Chart view button. The page opens in Table view by default, and the chart is a view toggle.
Scroll through the automatically generated org chart to view departments and leadership structure.
Use the + and − buttons to expand or collapse individual sections, or use the Expand all / Collapse all control to expand or collapse the entire chart.
Employee tiles show status indicators that reflect your connection status with each person (for example, recently interacted versus a scheduled connection).
Click any employee name to open their profile for more detailed information.
