Lebra builds an org chart based on the positional data stored in each employee's profile. This tool lets you quickly understand team structures, reporting lines, and areas needing attention.
Steps
Open the Organization tab from the left-hand sidebar.
Scroll through the automatically generated org chart to view departments and leadership structure.
Use the + and - buttons to expand or collapse sections.
Look for red flags next to employees; these indicate overdue connections within that reporting line.
Click any employee name to open their profile for more detailed information.
