Navigating Lebra Groups

Understand how to view and explore automatically generated employee groups.

Written by Maxwell Bass

Groups organize employees into segments of your organization, such as schools, departments, or teams. Groups are created by people in your organization with Add new group, or from the department information in your roster import or data sync. These groups help you manage communication and see updates for specific segments of your organization.

Steps

  1. In the left-hand menu, select Groups.

  2. Scroll through the list of groups.

  3. Click a group name to open its detail page.

  4. Review the employees included and any associated notes, events, or milestones relevant to that group.

Note: Groups don't update themselves based on location or other profile details. Group membership changes when someone edits the group, or when your roster import or data sync updates departments.

Only seeing some of your schools?

If you're a group admin, you only manage the groups you've been made an admin of. For example, in Ascend Analytics the All My Schools option combines just those groups. If a school is missing, ask an organization admin to make you a group admin of that group. See Group Admins & Group-Specific Goals.
