Group messaging lets you send consistent, yet individually tailored, emails to multiple employees at once. Lebra uses AI variables and templates to personalize each copy.
Steps
Open the Groups page and select a group
Click Email All at the top of the page.
Choose an email template or start with a blank draft.
Add AI variables to personalize content for each recipient.
The AI Personalization token uses notes and recent context from each employee’s profile to make group emails feel more personal and relevant.
Select Review & Customize emails to preview each version.
Make edits as needed on a per-employee basis.
Choose Send emails or Send later to schedule delivery.
