OrgAI lets you ask questions, analyze policies, and reference documents uploaded by you or your organization. If OrgAI is enabled for your organization, you can open it in one click from the Lebra sidebar — no separate bookmark needed.

Option 1: Open OrgAI from the Lebra sidebar

Steps

  1. In Lebra, look at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  2. Select Org AI (marked with a sparkle icon).

  3. OrgAI opens in a new browser tab, already signed in.

Note: The Org AI item only appears if OrgAI is enabled for your organization. See "Who can access OrgAI" below.

Option 2: Go to OrgAI directly

You can also reach OrgAI without going through Lebra first.

Steps

  1. Open your preferred web browser.

  2. Visit ai.lebrahq.com.

  3. Log in using your Lebra credentials.

  4. Begin a new chat or select a past conversation from your history.

Who can access OrgAI

OrgAI is enabled per organization, so your district or organization controls whether it's available to your team. This lets organizations roll OrgAI out in stages rather than all at once.

  • If OrgAI is enabled for your organization, the Org AI item appears in your Lebra sidebar and you can sign in at ai.lebrahq.com.

  • If OrgAI is not enabled, the sidebar item won't appear.

If you expect to see Org AI in your sidebar and it isn't there, contact your Lebra administrator or [email protected] to check whether OrgAI is turned on for your organization.

If you get stuck signing in

If a sign-in attempt doesn't complete, try signing out fully and then signing back in. If the problem continues, clear your browser cookies for lebrahq.com and try again, or contact [email protected].
