Uploading policies helps OrgAI give accurate, sourced responses based on your organization's official documents. You can update or remove policies at any time.
Uploading a Policy
Open OrgAI and select the Policies/Rules tab.
Click Upload Policy.
Choose the files you want to upload.
Click Upload to add them to your organization's policy library.
Deleting a Policy
In the Policies list, find the policy you want to remove.
Click the ••• menu on the right side of the file.
Select Delete.
