The OrgAI Prompt Library allows you to standardize how your leadership team researches, drafts reports, and asks recurring questions. Prompts can be saved privately or shared across the organization.
Use a Preset Prompt from Prompt Library
Open OrgAI and click the Prompt Library icon next to the New Chat button.
Switch between My Prompts and Organization Prompts using the tabs.
To use a saved prompt, simply select it from the list.
Create a New Prompt for Prompt Library
Open the Prompt Library.
Select the +Add Prompt button.
Choose the Prompt Type — save it as a Personal Prompt or an Org Prompt.
Enter a title and prompt text.
(Optional) Select Show on Homepage to feature the prompt on the new-chat screen. Homepage prompts are saved as Organization Prompts.
Click Save Changes
