Your observer may request changes before approving your IPLP. Lebra Ascend gives you a clear view of their edit suggestions and allows you to update and resubmit your plan quickly.
Steps
Watch for an IPLP revision request email from your observer.
Select Edit my IPLP in the email to open the version needing changes.
Scroll to the bottom of the IPLP to find the Edit Suggestions from Evaluator section.
This area highlights any specific recommended changes.
Make the necessary edits to your goals, components, action steps, alignment, or supports as instructed.
Once finished, type your name into the Employee Signature box.
Select Save as Draft if you need more time, or Submit my IPLP to send the revised version back to your observer.
