A self-evaluation is your opportunity to reflect on your professional growth, share accomplishments, and provide context for your evaluator. This article walks you through accessing your self-evaluation, completing each section, uploading supporting artifacts, and submitting the form.

What Is a Self-Evaluation?

A self-evaluation allows you to:

  • Reflect on your performance across key professional domains

  • Share strengths, growth areas, and accomplishments

  • Rate yourself on specific standards using your organization's rubric

  • Upload supporting artifacts such as lesson plans, certificates, or examples of your work

Your evaluator will review your self-evaluation as part of the professional development and evaluation process.

Accessing Your Self-Evaluation

Steps

  1. When your evaluator requests a self-evaluation, you'll receive an email from Lebra.

  2. Select Complete Self Evaluation in the email.
