The Home Page is the first screen you see when opening the LEbra mobile app. It provides a daily snapshot of important people-related updates such as new employees, work anniversaries, birthdays, and follow-ups. This page helps leaders and administrators quickly stay connected with their team.
How to Access the Home Page
The Home Page opens automatically when you launch the Lebra mobile app. It is the default tab in the bottom navigation bar.
If you are viewing another area of the app:
Tap the Home icon (house icon) in the bottom-left corner of the navigation bar.
What You See on the Home Page
When you arrive on the Home Page, several elements help you understand what is happening across your team.
Personalized greeting - Displays "Welcome back, [your first name]!" at the top of the screen.
Today's date - The navigation bar shows "Lebra for [today's date]" (for example, "Lebra for March 5, 2026").
Location and group filter - A badge below the greeting shows the currently selected Location and People group.
Daily summary - A short message highlights how many birthdays and work anniversaries are occurring today.
Filtering the Home Page
You can narrow what appears on the Home Page by location or people group.
Steps
Tap the Location and People group badge below the greeting.
Select a Location and/or People group.
Tap Apply filters to update the view.
To remove filters:
Open the filter screen.
Tap Reset.
Daily People Sections
The Home Page displays sections based on what is happening that day. Sections only appear when there is relevant information.
New Employees
Lists team members whose start date is today. The section header shows the total number of new employees.
Work Anniversaries
Shows employees celebrating a work anniversary today, including their job title and years with the organization.
Birthdays
Displays employees with birthdays today, along with their job titles.
Follow-ups
Shows your top incomplete follow-ups and their due dates. Overdue follow-ups are highlighted in red.
Assistant
You can access the Lebra AI Assistant from the Home Page for quick help or insights.
Steps
Tap the Assistant button in the top navigation bar.
The AI Assistant can generate responses or suggestions based on your request. Any AI-generated content can be edited before use.
Search
You can search across your organization from the Home Page.
Steps
Tap the Search icon (magnifying glass) in the top-right corner of the app.
Enter a name or keyword.
Bottom Navigation Bar
The navigation bar at the bottom of the screen lets you move to other parts of the app.
Home - Returns you to the Home Page
People - Browse and search your team directory
Quick Add Menu (+) - Create items such as a note, follow-up, recognition, or group
Follow-ups - View and manage all of your follow-ups
Menu - Access Settings, Leave feedback, Help, and Sign out
Best Practices
Use the location or group filter to focus on the people most relevant to you.
Check the Home Page each morning to see who has a birthday or work anniversary.
Use the + button to quickly create notes, follow-ups, or recognition without leaving the page.
Pull down to refresh if you recently made changes elsewhere in the app and want to see the latest updates.
