The People page is the central place to view and interact with employees in the Lebra mobile app. From this page, you can search for employees, track connection goals, view birthdays and work anniversaries, and access employee profiles. By the end of this article, you will know how to navigate the People page and use its main features.

How to Access the People Page

Steps

  1. Tap the People tab in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. The icon appears as a group of people and is the second icon from the left.

  3. This opens the People page, where you can browse employees and access additional tabs.

The People page is organized into five tabs:

  • Connect

  • Groups

  • Birthdays

  • Work Anniversaries

  • All People

Each tab helps you quickly locate different types of information about employees.

Search for Employees

Steps

  1. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner of the People page.

  2. A search screen will appear with a field labeled "Search person...".

  3. Begin typing a person's name.

  4. Up to 10 matching results appear automatically with the person's name, title, and photo.

  5. Tap a person to open their Profile.

If no results match your search, you will see the message "No results — Try searching for something else."

Your Recent searches are saved and will appear when you return to the search screen.

  • On the All people tab, employees are divided into two sections:

    • Those with a connection goal set

    • Everyone else

  • Setting connection goals for key relationships ensures they appear in the Connect tab.

  • Tap the direct manager chip on the Details tab to quickly navigate up the reporting chain.

  • Use the Reset button on the Filters & Sort screen to clear all filters at once.
