Add a Follow-Up on Mobile

Learn how to create, manage, and complete follow-ups in the Lebra mobile app.

Follow-ups help you track important conversations and action items with team members. Each follow-up is tied to a specific person and includes a due date to keep tasks on schedule. In this article, you will learn how to create, edit, complete, and manage follow-ups using the Lebra mobile app.


Create a Follow-Up

  1. Tap the Quick Menu (+) button in the center of the bottom tab bar.

  2. From the Add to Lebra menu, tap Add follow-up.

  3. In the text field, type a description of the follow-up.

  4. Tap Add Person and select the team member the follow-up is for.

    • A person must be selected before the follow-up can be saved.

  5. Tap Add follow-up at the bottom of the screen to save.

Tip: You can also create a follow-up directly from a person's profile. When created this way, the person is automatically pre-selected.


Set a Due Date

Every follow-up includes a due date so you know when action is needed.

Steps

  1. On the Add follow-up screen, tap the calendar button at the bottom.

    • The button displays the currently selected date (default is today).

  2. Select a date from the date picker.

  3. The button label updates to show the selected date.


Status Explanations

Once saved, the due date determines how the follow-up appears in your list.

  • Today - Due today

  • Tomorrow - Due tomorrow

  • Overdue - [date] - Past due (displayed in red)

  • [date] - Due on a future date

Follow-ups due today also appear in the Follow-ups section on your Home screen.


View Follow-Ups

  1. Tap on the clock icon in the bottom tab bar to open the Follow-ups screen.

  2. Use the tabs to navigate:

    • Upcoming - Active follow-ups organized into Overdue, Today, and Upcoming

    • Completed - Follow-ups that have been marked as done

  3. Pull down on either list to refresh.


View Follow-Up Details

  1. Tap any follow-up from the list.

  2. The Follow-up detail modal opens and displays:

    • The linked person

    • The follow-up description

    • The due date


Complete a Follow-Up

You can mark a follow-up as complete in two ways:

  • From the list: Tap the check icon on the right side of the follow-up

  • From the detail view:

    1. Tap the follow-up to open it.

    2. Tap Mark Complete.

Completed follow-ups move to the Completed tab.

To undo completion, tap the undo arrow Icon next to the item in the Completed list.


Edit a Follow-Up

  1. Tap a follow-up to open the detail view.

  2. Tap Edit.

  3. Update the description.

  4. Tap Save.

Note: The linked person cannot be changed after a follow-up is created. To assign the follow-up to a different. person, delete it and create a new one.


Delete a Follow-Up

  1. Tap a follow-up to open the detail view.

  2. Tap Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
