Name Flashcards is a quick self-quiz that helps you learn the names of the people in a group. It shows you a member's photo and asks you to pick their name from four choices. It is just for your own practice — your scores are private and nothing is saved to anyone's profile.
Anyone can use Name Flashcards on any group they can see, including their own private groups.
Steps
Starting a round
Open the Groups page and select a group.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Name flashcards.
How to play
Look at the photo and the question Who is this?
Select the correct name from the four options. Each option also shows that person's job title.
Tip: You can press the number keys 1–4 to answer instead of clicking.
The correct answer turns green. If you choose incorrectly, your answer turns red and the correct one is highlighted so you can learn it.
The next card appears automatically. Keep going until you finish the round.
As you play, the top of the window shows which card you are on, your running Score, and a progress bar. Once you answer two or more in a row correctly, a streak counter (🔥) appears.
Your results
At the end of the round you will see your accuracy, how many you answered correctly, and your best streak.
Ones to review lists the people you missed, so you know who to focus on.
Select Practice missed to run through only the people you got wrong.
Select Play again to start a fresh round with the whole group.
What you need to play
If a group cannot be quizzed, Name Flashcards explains why when you open it. To play, a group needs:
Profile photos. You are only quizzed on people who have a profile photo. If no one in the group has one, there is nothing to show.
Names. People with photos also need a name on their profile.
At least four members with different names. Each card needs four answer choices, so smaller groups may not have enough options.
Adding profile photos to your employees' records is the quickest way to make more groups playable.
Good to know
A round is up to 10 cards. If a group has more members than that, Lebra selects a random sample, so each round is a little different.
Your results are not saved or shared, and playing does not change anything on an employee's profile.
