The Connection Dashboard gives you a quick view of how — and how often — you're connecting with your team. It brings your emails, cards, video messages, and notes together in one place so you can see who you've been in touch with recently and who may have been overlooked.
Steps
Opening the dashboard
Choosing a time period
Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to change the period the dashboard covers:
Last 30 days
Last 90 days (default)
Last 12 months
All time
Your selection is remembered, so the dashboard opens on the same period the next time you visit.
Understanding the summary cards
The cards across the top total your activity for the selected period:
Emails — emails you've sent through Lebra
Cards — handwritten notes you've sent
Video Messages — video messages you've sent
Notes — notes you've recorded on people's profiles
People Reached — the number of distinct people you connected with in any of those ways
Reading the table
Below the cards, each row shows one person and how you've connected with them:
Person — name and job title
Emails, Cards, Videos, and Notes — the count of each type
Total — all interactions added together
Last Interaction — how long ago you last connected. A dash (—) means you haven't connected with that person during the selected period
To find a specific person, type their name in the Search people… box. To reorder the table, select any column heading — for example, select Total to bring your most-contacted people to the top, or select it again to surface the people you've connected with least.
Longer lists are split into pages, with the current range shown beneath the table.
Good to know
The dashboard shows your own activity, not your whole organization's.
People with a Total of 0 are worth a look — they are the ones you haven't reached recently.
If you don't see any data yet, send an email, card, or video message, or set connect frequencies, and your activity will begin to appear here.
